ELF Cosmetics, which stands for Eyes Lips Face, is a great web site for cosmetics. Most of the items are only $1, including their makeup brushes.  They have launched some new lines that cost a little bit more, but for cosmetics their prices are amazing!

I've been using their products for several years now and I don't use anything else.  They have everything you can imagine.  I prefer mineral makeup instead of regular foundation because it's all-natural with no parabens, no preservatives, and no chemical dyes.  It doesn't clog your pores and you don't feel like you're wearing makeup. The types of mineral makeup they carry are foundation, concealer, blush, eyeshadow, lipstick, and lipgloss.  This is much more than any of the companies.  The mineral foundation and blush is only $5, which is considerably less than most companies.
